Seriously Singapore is safer than most other countries. Of course that doesn't mean no crime.

That is true. I believe many cases were not reported too. I personally know at least 5 molestation cases that were not reported. All 4 were committed by the indian foreigners and the last one was of an unknown foreign nationality Ladies please keep away from the foreign Indians.
