If he is inexperienced it's excusable but the tone and actions he exhibited is implausible.
One can be smart but shouldn't try to be too smart.

I like his spirit. He refuses to get upset or intimidated. This is the sort of mod I need.

Most of the other mods have ended up in fits of depression after a few weeks. Counsellors had to be sent in. One recently appointed mod has just resigned.

You guys remind me of those old farts in the civil service who are set in their ways and resent the newcomer who has been hired to rejuvenate the department.

Everyone has always been accusing me of being far too lax and allowing people to get away with murder. Perhaps peppertail will actually make the forum better.

Traffic may drop a bit but if the signal to noise ratio improves, that could mean more quality posts which is what many have been asking for.
