The stupid cop got upset only because he himself stumbled upon the guy.
Instead of just saying sorry, the stupid cop wanted to show the little power that has been bestowed on him.
As I said the normal response would be just to say sorry and move on.
I have seen many stupid cops like this one all over the world.
Once when I was walking along one stupid cop came to me and asked for my ID.
When I asked him on what basis he had no answer other than to say you look like a terrorist. Of course I did not show him my ID.
I believe he was one of those stupid jealous cops who knew he was a very ugly looking cop while I was the handsome hero breed.
