Contradicting the patient never works. What you need to do is just remind an insane person they are not well, and that help is available.

Its not easy to help people with this type of personality disorder. The only way they can heal is if they want to. Sometimes it is too late and nothing can be done for them, or they are brought to us as a court ordered sanction or incarceration.

Either way, we can help all sufferers of mental illness.
