Yang is selling because its simply a good time to sell. All these stupid theories about why he is selling, FICA and all that is moronic. Class A bungalows now are at a record price. He might as well cash out and pocket the money. He has a few properties anyway, and he can always stay in another one. The house is limited in many ways for him. It can park 4 cars only, and for a car aficionado like him, its not enough. The Goei's old family home and former Minister Lim Kim San's house on Dalvey Rd had a 2 story car park on the property. That's how many cars the Goeis had.
