The only thing missing is that management team should also be in uniform - since the latest PR man is also ex-military, with zero experience on public relations, unlike the lady he took over from.
Society is much better when people are not hung up over triviality. You have been away but you are still so PAP.
I learned from Japs, the Germans and the Swiss not the PAP.
In Switzerland, you can be fined for flushing your toilet after 11 pm in an apartment block. A small issue and often done inadvertently. However, the fine still stands.

why do you pick and choose? Switzerland leaders do not demand high salary but why do you agree that taxpayers must pay Singapore leaders with huge sum of salary?
Do you still remember Desmond Kuek Bak Chye? He was appointment as CEO of SMRT in Oct 2012. However in Nov 2012, there was a strike by SMRT workers and he was no where to be seen as he was on overseas holidays.

Now let me ask brothers and sisters, do you immediate take your vacation after reporting to your new job? do you take vacation during your probation?
Nobody can do that except PAP appointed General, Desmond Kuek Bak Chye.
touch your heart and ask yourself ...
Nothing to do with governments. The laws in Switzerland are via binding referendums initiated by ordinary citizens. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Referendum#Switzerland
That was a good move. Too many Singaporeans were squandering their life savings in months.
ok lah, 2 points is not a big deal. But it is still annoying to be 'punished' for something that trivial and was done inadvertently.
Down Town Line was commissioned under the watchful eyes of Desmond Kuek Bak Chye and he shall be sacked
You are an ignoramus. Downtown Line is under SBS, not SMRT.
For commissioning of new lines, I think the main responsibility lies with LTA. With so many screw up due to wrong choice of expensive material and mce that is dead from day one, it shows you need a technical man at the top. Not a silly scholar from Japan.SBS, SMRT ...same lah. They are both overpaying management and underservicing commuters. And we pay more and more.
