2011, 2.2m voters were eligible to vote.
2006. how many eligible voters?
How many babies were born in 1985/86/87/88/89/up till May1990?
2,200,000 minus (2006 voter figures) minus (babies born in the above years).......you will get the figures of NEW CITIZEN voters.
I bet it is way above 100,000. perhaps 4-5 times more?
