LTK knows his position. An effective boss doesn't go out to explore the terrain. A good boss sends out his capable lieutenants to explore and come back to report and submit recommendations. That's what LTK did when he sent out Manap, YJJ, etc for the exploratory Opp Unity Discussion. I salute him for his leadership.

And he did the right thing not to send anyone WP members for the final discussion as it wld be futile and wld have sent the wrong message. The final result of the Unity Talks testifies to LTK's effectiveness and astuteness.

The problems with SMRT is not LTY's fault. It began when LHL and Ho Ching chose Saw PH as SMRT CEO to boost SMRT revenues and profits at all costs.

The same mistake LHL makes with SG's GDP growth at all costs causing hospital bed problems, housing problems, road congestion, immigration problems, social problems, etc
