"Year of the Dragon" was a really great movie and he shone. John Lone was actually poised to play 蝶踩衣 in 霸王别鸡 instead of 张国荣 but the former was too costly to be casted.

If John Lone was expensive they could have approached @Scrooball (clone) supposedly similar in the looks department but cheaper.
