i been trying to transfer some money to my citibank account for an hour. Still cannot login :confused:

Oh! No wonder it has been down for the past hour. I just want to transfer some monies to Citibank account for my monthly mortgage repayment. I do this every month before the 15th.

Idiot... Probably have to wait till tonight to do. If it's still down, then have to leave home for physical transfer at ATMs....

Citibank and I are mortal enemies. I will never bank with them, much less take out a mortgage with them. They are worse than PAP or Communist China's CCP. (Sorry for politicizing this thread)
 


I gave them an instruction over the phone to cancel a giro arrangement. Not only did they fail to carry it out, the customer service lied outright to me saying that they did not receive my instruction, despite the fact I took down her name, and noted the exact date and time of the phone call.

Outright lies are the domain of the PAP and CCP --> that can't be helped. But I will not tolerate that in bank I do business with.

maybe the person who received your oral instructions did not pass down the instructions to the person who tells you she did not receive your instructions?

my monies in dbs and uob accounts. uob is all fixed deposit. dbs has two fd and my savings account. mortgage is with citibank and when i took up the loan, they say must have a citibank account to deduct mortgage repayment, so i open one. But my salary is banked into dbs.

I spoke to the exact same person on all occasions. She is a congenital liar. The manager had to step in and even he evaded the issue by refusing to do anything to reimburse my losses or even acknowledging that there had been wrongdoing.
