D Summit Residences@kempas

I searched the website and found only one thread on D'Summit Residences and no active discussion on it. I visited their showroom and was keen to get a 2-BR unit (Type B). The price is very reasonable compared to other property launches and it's not too far from CIQ via EDL. The launch is by a famous local Developer, IOI.

Anyone has bought any unit or heard about D'Summit Residences? Seeking some opinions before I commit myself into it.
