STOMPer Maggie takes the East-West line daily and she finds the lack of air-conditioning in the train unbearable.

This is yet another report STOMP has received about the lack of air-conditioning in the trains and buses.

She wrote in an email:

"Why is the air-conditioning in the MRT not working nowadays during peak hours?

"I take the East-West line daily and I perspire in the train!

"Fares keep increasing but where is the service?

"Also, it's too long a waiting time for the trains during peak hours. It's sometimes as long as 4 minutes!

"This is ridiculous!"
