All are not well in SG.

Corruption, sexual gratification, money gratification by well paid senior Civil Servants are surfacing all over SG. Is this the tip of the iceberg of more cases to come? Will more senior servants be prosecuted?

AGC is incompetent, ineffective and are overwhelmed by the many court cases. Sloppy case framing waiting to be torn by Defence Counsels. How many accused will be acquitted because of poor AGC staff work? Will the underage prostitute crumble under intense defence interrogation?

Is there internal dissension within the pap? A crack is showing with TPL's "cold turkey" and addiction to cheap foreign labour comment. How will PAP's ExCo deal with young turks like TPL? The pap does not look unified!

The pap's "must pay well to get clean govt" is torn to shreds.

Will PAP self implode because of the leaders' arrogance, deafness and blindness? Will the pap "grassroots" finally join Singaporeans and rebel against the pap "elites"?

Will this be the beginning of the Crumbling of the PAP?

The PAP has got away for too long with their failed policies. The time has come. All the above cases are just the beginning. The cracks of PAP's failed policies will only get larger and larger. But that can only bode well for S'pore. For only when the PAP crumbles to the ground will there be hope for us s citizens as the PAP will never change on its own. LKY's DNA is left too deep-rooted in the blood of the PAP members for any real change to come about. So the sooner PAP collapses the better for S'pore.

I stand by my statement replace the a large section of the management with really intelligent and capable people with heart and understand the dark knight game, no problem. Actually, it is maybe about 300-3000ish. Not many. But it would like make LHL look bad. The goons were installed not because they can think to solve problems. You know, the worst kind of people for dictators to hire are those that cannot be bought by money. Which is why the shit continues in the PAP. PAP is box of placeholders. The box is not important ultimately, though it might seem to carry some name value.

Too many fault lines created by PAP. Not sure how they are going to patch up. Instead of apologising, they blamed it on Singaporeans and asked us for solution. Now, they think we created the fault line.

I fear.. that if pappies crumble first.. the first thing to happen might be chaos.. a sense of hopelessness amongst sporeans.. and perhaps a stage where a mob will develop.. and cry for blood.

However, it is probably a natural progression in any nation's history, as they mature as a country in the world.

Change is inevitable in our life, we change from moving on four limbs to two, from making sounds to speaking in certain understandable languages, from being both innocent and clueless, to knowledgeable and wary.. and from young to being old.

I feel that it is only a matter of time that pappies will lose power.. looking at the current situation, the NParks thing.. even when KBW came out to "support the bicycle purchase", it did not appease the ppl of sg.. THEY could not accept that paying 2k for ONE bicycle was proper.. let alone buyying more than 10 of them.

It clearly shows that Sporeans are not taking things too lightly.. especially when it comes to their tax contributions being spent like that.

I feel that it won't take too long b4 the minister's pay might crop up again.. and the "pay high salaries to prevent corruption" line can't be used as a strong argument anymore. It just can't.. for it we all believe that.. then the reverse.. which I interpret as - "low wage workers are corrupt", is true.. simply because they are paid low salaries.

The pappies must be reeling now, from the number of cases that have cropped up.. and one wonders what other "excuses" they can come up with to try to block out the "noise" from the sporeans who seem to be waking up.

It would be a big boost for Singapore before the Old Man passes on for him to come out to the open and admit that if he had the chance to do it one more time he would follow more closely the Westminster model of democracy and all the unbridled policies of the past would at least have gotten the deserved debates and scrutiny before being passed. It would have been a different Singapore.

Even with such a belated admission, there would at least be hope for change.
