1) Build more Foreign Talent Hostel for Singaporean to manage, NTUC able to employ Singaporean for Security, housekeeping, cleaner, gardening, maintenance, facilities care, safety care, retail shop and cook house. Three Shifts work.
2) Foreign Talent need Singaporean drivers to feeder them between Work place and Hostel. NTUC can employ Singaporean as Drivers. Three Shift work.
3) Foreign Talent need to take MRT and LRT. NTUC can employ Singaporean for mini feeder bus driver. Two Shift work. 5am-1pm and 1pm-9pm.
4) Foreign Talent need better skill, education, health care and child care. NTUC can train Singaporean and employ them as Teacher, Trainer, Health Specialist and Management staff.
5) Foreign Talent need work permit, S pass and EP. HR Dept and MOM need NTUC to provide Security Bond, Work Medic, Workman Com, Pass application, Renew Application, Foreign Worker Welfare, Skill training and Safety Training. NTUC can employ Singaporean to be MOM agent to support HR Department on foriegn affair issues. HR Department shall only take care Singaporean work life issues not the work pass and foreign workers welfare.
