Reached here at 1.05pm and made the request personally. Said in a polite yet film manner. I told him is there anyone else I can talk to or can help me escalate as my mum is scheduled for a test which we do not know what is it about. Then another senior lady staff started to talk to me, repeated the same thing, I replied her calmly that it doesn't give the excuse of just a 5 min call to update since we can't be there for my mum and she is hungry. Try to put herself in our shoes, like how i did, knowing that A & E is overwhelmed. She said you can take a seat and wait (no seats outside though).
