Weight training very good too. Increases muscle mass to help ward off type II diabetes. Stress on bones encourages increased bone density.
 
All this lockdown is to throw the public off for being complacent. Changi Airport shld have been shut to all arrivals of Indian Nationals from India. I bet if ICA release figures on Arrival frm India since Feb. the numbers will shock even the staunch PAP porlampars.

case 63122 was the first boy to get COVID in YCK, he was contact of case 63096.
case 63257 is schoolmate of case 63122, but is classmate at tuition centre.

other than these 2 cases from YCK, anymore?

Like UK, US, Japan, Taiwan, Aust, they have two major political parties. Therefore whoever is in power will not blame citizens for being useless and complacent when the government continues to allow Indian passenger flights into the country.
