The Pinoys sent back 500 tourists from Wuhan immediately upon their arrival. SINKapore with its first victims from Wuhan have done nothing to contain that group.
So much for proactive. I salute the Pinoys in this respect even though they have nothing much to protect in their god forsaken land.

N95 masks are very expensive. And to have staff use these everyday on a large scale costs a lot. Which is why no minister will want to approve the budget for it until there are several deaths.

If they cautious would not have let that planeloads of wuhans land from 18 to 23 Jan. Now approve another 2 planeloads this week. I assure u as they tell u no need scare the minister home storeroom stock up full of n95s for their family and servants. May be dogs too!
