Heard from many people say that one new flat cost price only between 30 k to 50k !
Of course, if you talk about land cost, three -basket court size can house 200 hundred families, you still have the nerve to count individually ?
Furthermore, state land is a public entity, 99 years later, land goes back to the state, so you have the nerve to charge land cost!
Ok, if you charge, you have the nerve to charge market rate the land ?


Sad thing is people are paying 20 to 30 years for the HDB mortgage, after paying finish the mortgage, they are paying like twice the price of the selling price becos of the interest right !

Then we look at the resale HDB flats----those 3 room got 30 years old ones, they are calling $350 K, you sane people think about it !
These old flats were selling at 6k in the past, that also means the cost price could be only 2 k right ! And now at $350 k ! Seow!

HDB mortgage will eat up all the retirement funds !
So you see why no babies, you must accept more immigrants right----you people understand the maths ? Nevermind the size of sinkapore right !

You see why we egg WP MPs to ask the cost of building HDB flats to clear this matter up !
We are not asking them to haggle the HDB flat price !
How much HDB and resale price are calling is no more important, the main object is the cost of building them.!

Sinkaporeans need to know what they are paying for becos their life savings will be thrown into paying public shelters !

HDB flat price does not go along with the economy----good or bad, the price will remain or superman, even if it drops, it is a wayang drop ! If HDB price drops to halves, PAP runs road, so die die the price must be politically strong !
You cannot use FTs to hold its price steady for another 50 years, this is near impossible right !
The HDB price disaster may be well on its way !


Sinkaporeans need to know the cost of building HDB flats becos HDB is using public money to building them , the island is small , we cannot keep building while the immigration doors remain so open , it does not work that way right !
HDB price determines young -people lifetime budget and their retirement funds !

so gossiping about extra-love affair or retirment funds , which is of no importance

We ask earnestly Honorable WP MPs , please ask vehemently the cost of building HDB flats in details at the parliament !
Not only you will win hearts asking this question, people will wake up from the slumber !

Actually, the idea is to do Matrix style living. You come and go with nothing. But if during the living period, everyone is comfortable, why not? Then the next generation will be motivated to work. Too much inheritance for future kids can be a very very bad thing. This is from cases of individual families. But it is wrong to treat Singaporeans like poorly fed hamsters running a tough wheel, while foreign hamsters run on 21-speed Shimano gears on carbon fibre wheels running almost frictionless.

Cost of HDB flat is calculated using inflated land prices. Long ago, the sinkapore gahmen aquire all land for $1 psf. Then this goes into the land bank. Every time they loses our $$$ in their lousy investments, the raise the land price. So the Reserves are forever rising. Not b'cos they are good in investing our $$... Unless there's a miracle, otherwise our land prices will continue to rise.

The Govt dont seems to discuss openly the cost of building HDB. Obviously they
dont want to be transparent n truthful. Can the whole Nation join hands n demand
for the truth coz its going to be very hurtful.??. It does not need a maths wizard to
work it out and common sense will tell you n I that materials, labour, surveyor/arhcit.
fees, etc.., factor in land costs. Dont believe? Ask yr estimator friends who works
in Property/Developer who are in cahoots w Govt.
