I too thought it was bad judgement but the time of the incident to the charge led me to believe that it was the work of Jayakumar, an anal retentive chap of the highest order who was well known in enforcement, chambers etc for questioning the use of a particular charge or the application of a charge especially the ones he was involved in and thus they caved in to get him off the phone.

Anyway, that's pure speculation.

what matters now is that a person like isrizal who is considered promising by observers uses the opportunity well and highlight the jbj incident, the refusal to honour the privy council decisions, the rajendran matter etc.

If he turns out to be another Ejay, Jufrie or Yap, all is lost. I hope they spend sometime doing some research.

When the shit actually hits the fan I doubt even the PAPs can cover things up for long. Look at how the HPL condo episode erupted and this was a relatively small matter.
