I have been studying the lawsuits, and am shocked that these are even brought to the courts. Inside the actual courtroom the suit states "there is fraud" judge asks "where is your proof" and the Plaintiff reply : "we dont have any" case dismissed. 12 Lawsuits and 0 wins for the Donald J Trump Campaign.
I think this is more about appeasing his base than any real legal strategy.

Another more sinister theory I just read about this morning is that Trump is using his concession as a bargaining tool with the Democrats to get them to agree to provide him and his family a kind of amnesty against any criminal actions...
