Yesterday, there was a concerted effort by 'GROUPS' concerned to prop up the volume on the SGX.

It seems like they were doing a fine job as volume SURGED to almost 900 million in the morning session. BUT....wait. In the afternoon, volume died down and the SGX finished with a volume of only 1.5 or 1.6 b although the INDEX went up by almost 2%.

What went wrong?

THE REAL MAIN PLAYERS ARE ON SENTOSA.

Without the people, the 'GROUPS' are indeed masturbating and playing amongst themselves.

PEOPLE ARE NOT STUPID. LEAST OF ALL GAMBLERS.

U go casino, u can lose all in 1 hand.

U buy stock, u only lose in paper value unless u sell. U prob won't lose everything.

Most day traders are gamblers, so I think you got that figured out.

Buying stocks can be seen as both an investment as well as a gamble on how the company performs.

People making / losing money you also jealous? because you cant face the fact that others can gamble and you cant?
