Besides corruption and lack of proper governance, who the fark can sustain a factory manned by these sub-humans of Austronesian breeds who can't even operate machines properly, let alone become profitable?
If the UN have their ways, they should have lessen the pain and misery of these nations with Pinoy & Muud Austronesian genes to be banned from modern civilizations living and only engage in basic subsistence farming and fishing which they excel in and would be much happier for them in the long run.
