Yes, not everyone can be bosses, but anyone can be a treasured employee where the bosses will pay more to retain. I had a friend who was an employee but was hardworking and smart and worked his way all the way from junior executive to Director of the company and had recently retired. Only losers will always complain about this and that whereas those who see it as challenges to prove themselves, will win in the long run.
