This happened once upon a time, not a mall but a department store inside a mall.
There was a Japanese department store at IMM back in the day, in 1980s-1990s. This was before Capitalmalls acquired it and turned it into a generic Capitalmall.
Back then the top floor of IMM was a large, empty space used for exhibitions and bazaar-style sales.
