台北市松山區驚傳母女上吊事件，文化部法規會黃姓女專委（51歲），疑因照顧久病父親身心俱疲，今天上午選擇在八德路四段住家上吊自殺；高齡79歲的黃女母親，下午4時許前往探視女兒，卻見到1具早已冰冷的遺體，隨即拿起電話打給小女兒，並表示：「妳姐姐上吊自殺了！」

黃母拿著剩下的童軍繩，然後走到陽台上吊輕生，小女兒接獲母親電話後，嚇得趕緊打電話報案，並立刻趕到姐姐住家，卻發現警消正在幫母親CPR，這才驚覺母親也跟著自殺，當場腿軟崩潰大哭，警方獲報後趕抵現場，並封鎖現場進行採證。

警方調查，死者黃女為文化部法規會專門委員，平時一人居住，母親偶爾會前來過夜，最近疑因長期照顧久病父親，心理上承受不少壓力，今天上午選擇用童軍繩在廚房上吊輕生，黃女留有一封遺書，內容僅提及死後財產將留給妹妹，對於輕生動機卻隻字未提，由於現場並無外力侵入痕跡，警方研判黃女應是輕生無誤，目前黃女妹妹正在接受訊問中，藉以釐清黃女及其母親輕生經過及詳細動機。

該名50歲女子疑似因心情鬱悶，選擇在家中上吊輕生，79歲的母親返回家中看到女兒冰冷的遺體，打給小女兒表示「我也不想活了！」隨即也在家中上吊輕生。小女兒接獲電話後趕緊報警並趕回家中，警消獲報趕抵現場時，輕生的2人早已身亡，目前警方正對死因進行進一步調查釐清。
