Well, I wouldn't think so. It will take ages before any law of that kind is passed, and it isn't gonna be easy to pass the law that madman has suggested- simply because the Democrats would be close to 60 in the senate, and even those who are elected, are Blue Dog democrats- conservative to centrist Democrats.
