A former cleaner who kept an extra $53,955 in salary was jailed for five months on Tuesday.
Ng Leong Chuan, 30, had resigned from his job and went to the company's office in Toa Payoh Central on Sept 6 to collect his final salary.

Instead of keying in $545, the clerk mistakenly keyed in $54,500 when she issued a new cheque and handed it to Ng.
