make fire-treated furniture available to the old folks. Install fire extinguishers, and make the place conducive and safe. Take the extra steps necessary to make it more homely for the old folks, or anyone who lives there. .. they have the right to hang out there.

It best that the TCs have more standard benches. Once you allow the old folks to bring their own stuff, the FTs will start bringing their own barang and it will worse. And many of them are singles and looking for company from members of the own community which is quite understandable.
