<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"-->THREE men, posing as customers at a Chinatown goldsmith shop, fled off with two gold bangles worth $4,500 on Thursday afternoon.
They approached an assistant at the Weng Cheong Goldsmith Shop and asked to see a bangle and he passed it to them.
The three men, however, asked for a bigger one and fled when it was handed over to them.
One man was wearing a beige T-shirt with grey pants and had a beaded bracelet on his right wrist.
Another was wearing a black T-shirt with fine white lines. The last man was wearing a blue T shirt.
