China Trash @ Public Pools

Hi Bros,
Been to jln besar swimming pool lately and it seems the whole place is infested with China Trash, making noises and disturbing others by splashing water.
Don't understand why these China Trash come to the public pool to make a fool of themselves....
Any bros have any experiences over at other public pools? Care to share?
