Do you believe the craps from TraditionaL media who claimed that stall holders in Chinatown see a robust 30% jumped in business during CNY. Either they wanted PAP to look good (to be in line with robust GDP growth) or I must be sleeping during the past few days of heavy rain and forgot that Chinatown is swarmed with crowds.

I think the last few days of rain, I fell asleep and forgotten to visit Chinatown !

If ST's headline 60% of the jobs went to foreigners can change to locals within several hours, what do you expect?

This country is infested with Tagalog Chee Byes, Chow Ah Nehs, Da Ma De Chinamen & PRC Mei Mei and Ning Nah Bay Eh Pua Chee Bye Burmese. All these nationalities cant even bother what the fuck is Lunar New Year to them. As for Singaporeans, many are brooding over loss of jobs, etc. So of course no crowd lah!
