I think its suppose to be the other way round.
Taiwan does indeed belong to the orang asli. But its now populated by mainly chinese. Taiwan under japanese rule may make chinese feel more at ease. Maybe create autonomous region for the mountainous and southern areas populated by orang asli.

- Taiwan and the West should take heed i.e. have plenty of these weapons in stock and the materials and facilities to make even more ready and in hard to bomb/blockade places in Taiwan itself
- Ukraine is a land invasion, Taiwan will be an amphibian operation. Only two places on west coast of Taiwan suitable for large scale landings and Taiwan should put in place all the necessary equipment and obstacles to give the Commies a nice welcome party should they be foolish enough to attack
- co-ordinated sanctions have crippled Russia's economy, same can be done to China if they invade Taiwan, Russian sanctions is just the practice run for the sanctions against China which will come faster, more coordinated and more deadly
- if the entire developed world sanctioned you, where the fuck will your exports go? Russia, Africa? At least Russia still have a lot of oil and natural resources and the largest nuclear arsenal
