Of course, they won't buy directly using their own accounts but through 3rd parties to avoid any suspicion and subsequent investigation of insider trading. Once they had bought enough, he will relent so that the market will soar again. Now, they'll sell into the rally and this process will be repeated again 90 days later. All they want to do is just to enrich themselves during this next 4 years, not bothering about what will happen to the general public.

But isnt Insider trading usualky about someone inside knowing what is going inside the company & pass to someone to gain or cut losses? Insider trading cannot anyhow say one, unless got proof.

Even if investors knows what trump will do, how would anyone know for sure how the stock market as a whole will react to trump's move? It can be positive, it can be negative. What if the whole stock market reacts positively & black rock lost in capitalising the gains?
