Accidents waiting to happen.
I AM writing in to alert the authorities about cyclists on pedestrian walkways, shop fronts and crowded areas.
Why wait till something bad happens before anyone takes action?
It is true that in some places, there are signs saying "No Cycling" and that perpetrators would be fined. But is anyone taking any action against rogue cyclists?
What kind of protection do pedestrians have against them?
Perhaps the Government could introduce a compulsory public or third-party liability for all bicycle owners so that when something goes wrong, victims can seek fair compensation.
I really hope that the Government will do something about these inconsiderate people.
