Same as the hawker centre pushing incident -locals are up in arms -but why so quiet when concerning millions of foreigners working here while local unemployment is rising or why locals kids die in NS while foreign born new citizens are exempted.
Seems the local media and some social media are giving plenty of publicity to local vs local issues while keeping silent on the increasing number of foreigners here despite rising local unemployment. They get more angry at a rude taxi passenger than high medical/housing cost or being unable to withdraw their CPF at 55!
Seems locals are not aware of Brexit, Trump etc 2 and are living in a different planet where hawker centres, chicken rice, ect2 are their centre of attention! Imagine CNN or FOX news talking about such individual cases of poor social behaviour while giving little attention to the Mexican Wall, Brexit, withdrawal from TPP or change in immigration policies!
