Charm with cheesecake, not cheesy pick-up lines

WHEN out hunting for hotties, cheesy pick-up lines are the worst weapons you can arm yourself with.
The only action you are likely to get is a pair of eyeballs rolling upwards. Unless the music is too loud and your target can't hear you, using lame pick-up lines will only cripple your chances at capturing anyone's heart.
Remember, the only thing cheesy that's welcome is cheese itself. And with a delectable dessert like this, you don't need any pungent pick-up lines.
Throw in that extra bit of chocolate and citrus surprise, and getting someone to like you should be a piece of cake.
If that doesn't work, do not panic.
You can always wallow in self-pity by helping yourself to more cake. There would only be more of you to love by the time Mr or Miss Right comes round.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
3 250g-packs of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp plain flour, sifted
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup sugar
Zest of 1 orange, 1 lemon and 2 large limes
Juice of one lime
11/2 tsp vanilla extract
200g semi-sweet chocolate, melted
3 137g packs of Oreo sandwich cookies,
take out two
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
200g butter, melted
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TROPICAL TRIPLE ZEST CHOCO CHEESECAKE
METHOD
1. Finely crush Oreo cookies to sand-like texture. Mix in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Slowly add the melted butter to the ground cookie crumbs and mix well.
3. Grease the insides of a 22cm springform pan.
4. Form the base crust with the cookie crumbs mixture. Use a measuring cup to even out the surface of the crust and pack it in tightly, so the crust does not disintegrate easily when served later.
5. Put the springform pan in the freezer and let it chill while you get on with the fattening filling.
6. Preheat oven to 200 deg C.
7. Bring together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, all the citrus zest and lime juice in cake mixer and beat at slow speed until they are well-mixed. You need to exercise tender loving care and not whack at the mixture too much or it might sink in the middle after baking.
8. Add in the three eggs, followed by the milk.
9. Remove springform pan from freezer and gently pour filling into it.
10. Fill a shallow baking tray with water and place at bottom rack of oven. Then place springform pan on middle rack. Close the oven door and bring temperature down to 190degC. Bake for 45 minutes. Resist all temptation to open the oven door midway.
11. Remove cake from oven and allow to cool for at least an hour on a wire rack.
12. Once cake is sufficiently cooled, cover the pan with clingwrap and allow to chill in the fridge for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
