Also I am curious to know why Dr Chee/SDP have yet to take a clear definitive unequivocal position on Yap's link with Dr Chee/SDP?

A simple search of the SDP site will show that in the recent past there is no mention of Yap in their reports, let alone refer to him as SDP supporter. According to my reliable source ST reporters were told of this and subsequently they did describe Yap as a blogger in one or two of their reports. But lately, for strange reasons, the PAP bootlicking trash has gone back to calling him SDP supporter when he's clearly not.

OK smart guy, here is a little thing that happened today in famiLEE LEEgime's court, but I didn't do it for you, I did it because of necessity.

Mr Gandhi made some submission during his cross-examinations of prosecution's 2nd witness - the Mata License Officer DSP Marc E. Mr. Gandhi said something regarding the court's independence and impartiality and being a political tool to oppress opposition. Immediately the DPP Lee Lit Cheng stood up and demanded Mr. Gandhi to clarify what he said. It was obvious to us that was a filthy trap intended to get Mr. Gandhi on contempt of court.

This same DPP (miss) Lee Lit Cheng cited me for contempt of court in 2006 in another trial in which Dr CSJ, Mr. Gandhi & myself were together charged for a speaking in Chong Pang Yishun Ring Road. It was regarding video of that speeches I posted on internet.

But as I know how to conduct my own politics and litigation in court, district judge Eddy Tham did not ruled that I was in contempt of court in the end. But any way that was 2 years ago, not today.

Afterwards, I baited the famiLEE LEEgime's prosecutor DPP Lee Lit Cheng & 2 other DPPs - not once but twice to cite me for contempt of court again. Did they stand up to cite me contempt of court? Nope! This is despite of the fact that I said what Mr. Gandhi had said and added much much more salt inside:

The charge stated clearly "attempt to participate in a procession from Speakers Corner to Parliament House intended to demonstrate opposition to the action of the government". Which showed this vexatious is politically motivated. I urge the court thus to dismiss the charges in order that the judiciary does not decent itself into a position which allows the coward selfish famiLEE LEEgime of Lee Kwan Yew & Lee Hisen Loong to abusively exploit the courts as it's political tool.

A Politically Motivated Charge - the charge sheet said it all





The famiLEE LEEgime's prosecutors sat there quietly after what I said, the judge was also silent for a moment to record what I said in to his note of evidence. After a while, judge said some other matters, and Dr. CSJ said some other matters, and I then stood up again to reiterate the same points above, spending few minutes to add details on how Mai Hum Ass Loong Son had said during GE2006 (3 months in time before the WB/IMF case) that he wants to fix opposition after GE. I explained clearly, how bad faithed deliberate incriminations could abuse and exploit the court as tool to obtain conviction against others, which are by nature in obstruction of justice. And to avoid the court being abused as a political tools these politically motivated charges must be dismissed by the court and don't waste court's time & tax payer's money to hear it.



To me, slamming these had been much more exciting and satisfying than wearing a Kangaroo T-shirt with a picture and nothing to clearly state a point. I did it repeatedly right in the court today, not outside. The judge and DPPs all recorded it in permanent public record.

I post here to tell the reader what exactly the famiLEE LEEgime is. I want people to LEARN how to HANDLE famiLEE LEEGime and recognize what it is.

No point to satisfy your own purposes and suit your own situation to claim everyone an agent of LKy old dog thief, in order to justify how some others could do what you had been unable to do.

As far as bond investment losses are concerned I stated my stands clearly already that is help those who wish to attack the banks & MAS, if they want to see heads rolls and accountabilities I am willing to shoot video interviews to put online (like Gopalan Nair's). But if they are asking for compensations and bail out I totally oppose that. Because that is unfair financially and economically to other tax payers. I don't think there is other money to fall from sky to compensate such losses except from tax payer aka public.

They are only trying to seek redress from the appropriate parties who may be liable to them for the mess.
