When they built the Twin Towers one of the towers also sank half a floor because the KL ground was unstable
 
Just patch up the fucking lobang and move on. The depth of the hole will ensure that the rotting smell will be well contained inside. Years or decades later, they'll probably find the bones when the place is redeveloped.

Think the Malaysia gov got to pay for the decease family a considerable amount of compensation for this incident.
