When they built the Twin Towers one of the towers also sank half a floor because the KL ground was unstable
most likely fell into sewer drainage and was carried by sewage and sludge all the way to sai chwee settlement pool.
More CECA should visit KL
but sewage pool may not be big enough for 1.4b.
Think the Malaysia gov got to pay for the decease family a considerable amount of compensation for this incident.
That will Be KL city Council plus the sewage utilities.
