South Pacific basket cases have declined to sign up to a sweeping regional sex deal proposed by Chinese Communist Pandas (CCP), after a crucial meeting of South Pacific sex ministers and their Panda counterpart on Monday.

The rejection of the debt trap plans cums after Panda Wang touched down in Fiji on Friday as part of a sex tour through the region.
