I know about winter seafood cos wife's new Sapporo friend told me Hokkaido's location is perfect as planktons in great abundance will move from Russia to Hokkaido and food for sea creatures and wintertime fishes and others feed themselves fat rady for cold winter. So during winter they are actually very fat and juicy. Oh shit reminds me of juicy oysters now horny.
