新北市一名外籍牧師，遛狗和人起衝突，居然比中指，被告上法院。牧師辯稱，加拿大比中指，代表很多種意思，不一定是侮辱對方，但法官認為，他來台灣十年，一定知道，比中指就是罵髒話的意思，因此判他敗訴，拘役五天還要賠2000元。
