3 seconds to pull up and 3 seconds to go down without pause
That's too long. It just take a second to go up and a second down. As long as one keeps the momentum going, it's should be ok.
For my 50 in 5, first 10, first 20 and first 30 all in less than 1 min each. Then the last 20, especially the last 10, will slacken but because time savings in the 1st 30, still can do under 5.
