Is the amount you said really truth. Then we need to fuck HDB/town council, with that amount of money can fully 100% pay for all HDB flat lift upgrading on average each unit pay about $1.2K for the lift upgrading.:mad::mad:

In declaring 150k loss for each 4rm flat, multiplied by 1 complete block of 120units = $18M loss per block.

$18M loss per block mutiplied by 1 district of 50 blocks = $900M

$900M per district multiplied by 4 new towns = $3.6B losses?????

Maybe someone should shoot him, if lose $530 million like that, might as well quit and let someone else do the job. Because losing $530 million only shows how incompetent he is. If he hear this, become super dulan and still get to keep his rice bowl, next year, it would be a profit of $530 million with this bulk coming from people. :(

The lift upgrade is also another con job. I remembered that years ago Taman Juring got lift upgrade. While the contractor quoted them 500K/lift, those white scum priced the upgrade at $1m to the resident.

The ruse was discovered because the contractor was living in the same estate! And they got the gut to claim the other are consultancy fees.

In the 1st place, shouldn't the lift upgrading be bourne by HDB themselves, for lack of foresight in meeting the residents' demands? They use lame excuses saying that the lift upgrades were necessary, as there are aged living in HDBs.

In other words, are they saying that when the squatters moved from the slumps into HDB, all were young & fit, and no aged among the population at all?

Since the 60s till 80s, I'm sure many of us already witnessed aged or physically handicapped residents struggle with the stairs to get to the lift landings.

The whole thing started when the citizen voted them in. From then on, the housing, CPF, medical, retirement, education, transport, NS , electricity, water and many more system were put in place. All interlinked with one another.

They just need to "squeeze" the system and get the "juice$$$" they want.

That's nothing compared to those who cannot afford to pay their PUB bills.Yet these scums charge us our hands and arms for electricity when oil prices are tumbling downwards.How can this be justified?Besides don't they have a long long contract with Indon for gas supply which is used to turn the generators here !

In some countries water is provided free.The logic.One cannot live without water.Here they buy for 3 cents from Malaysia and charge us $1.50.KNN chow chee bye.
