I and my ex already divorced. I need to change something in the court order. Can somebody recommend me as I have a certain budget only. The highest I recieved was $1500. Way too ex as only 1 item (sell flat)need to change. Any suggestions?

Is yr ex agreeable to this change? If agreed by both party then very easy to go ahead, you may be able to do DIY without a lawyer. If yr ex strongly disagree and fight all the way, no lawyer can do it easily thus won't cost low.:(
Because economy is bad and people can not afford, I am personally aware of many cases of DIY family court / divorce proceedings going on.:( The irony is some of these laymen after long term DIY court proceeding became themselves quite court competent like experienced lawyers already.
Have you tried Legal Aid Bureau? Law Society? There are lawyers listed who can help. LAB has a means test, so unless you are financially challenged, it is not for you.
