The moral of the story here : don't live in a landed home, live in a penthouse. The view is much better too.
Nothing is safe to those whom are desperate or the highly trained, to extract wealth or documents....
1. Tom is a highly trained individual from an organized group that deals with extraction. He was tasked to plan, organize, rehearse & execute a mission to extract wealth from a criminal who lived in a penthouse.
2. On the start of the operation, Tom used a mini drone to fire thru compressed air a pencil thin steel rod into your penthouse air con compressor, damaging the rotor blades causing the aircon to jam up & malfunction. You woke up by the sound, unable to see the damage as it is outside your unit, thought nothing of it as it is mechanical issue, so did your neighbors, went back to sleep & called the aircon servicing agent to resolve the issue in the morning.
3. Tom assigned one BMW with a driver along the road that leads up to your condo. Spotting an aircon servicing van with decals that matched your malfunction aircon unit, the BMW, which is synonymous in that area & aroused no suspicion, swerved into the van, causing dents upon both vehicles, which will take at least an hour to clear up.
4. Tom than sent his team on a stolen van, to go into the condo. The security guards verified with your wife who was at home for such aircon service, & signal the aircon crew through into the carpark, where your wife is waiting with the lift access card that would grant users directly to your penthouse.
5. The aircon crew took out trollies & tool bags, lugging it along with them. Your wife & neighbors thought nothing of it as servicing crew do carry such items.
6. Once inside your penthouse, the rest is history. They only came to extract wealth, not lives. They even brought along a sledge hammer, to knock into any false partitions where you may had stashed your cash, jewellery & Audemars Piguet watch collection. Within half an hour, they are out of your apartment, along with every cent of your wealth.
