I'm surprised it has come to this -that an MP has to file a parliamentary Q to find out the reasons for burst pipe.
The agencies responsible should response directly to the residents for such cockups.
Like that he is no better than a post box-residents can also write to PUB for the reasons .
But since residents of BB chose Ah Mu-they have to wait for parliamentary Q to be filed before they can get answers to even maintenance matters!
