Yes. Right now, I am in Singapore. Can forget it here. Bloody taboo subject. Back in Toronto a few yeas ago, I asked my family doctor to certify me for medical marijuana, of course, he didn't and gave me a dirty look! I later found out that medical pot patients, not only didn't have o worry about getting arrested for possession, but approved dealers can deliver it to your address! That beats the hell out of hanging around at sleazy bars to pick up a bag of weed! I don't have any trouble getting weed there. the operation manager at the plant where I worked had a healthy sideline getting contraband (everything!) from weed to firecrackers from his network of delivery trucks and vans. Besides, all my neighbours smoked pot! And getting them over for a toke or two happened too often! Here in Singapore, even if have access to pot, got to find a safe place to smoke! Safest place is inside one's car! No one around! Just wind up the windows, blast the stereo, and cruise around, hopefully, no idiot comes and bump into your car!

At that time when I requested for medical certification for pot, prescripitions were issued to those who were already on lots of other medically prescribed drugs, and wished to rely less on them, HIV/Aids patients were also given medical marijuana, so was epilepsy sufferers, and some elderly people. I smoke pot solely for recreational reasons - to relax, helps in listening to music, comedies become more funny, and it boosts my appetite (I always light up a joint when barbecuing), and mostly to talk cock!

Unlikely. I have friends who "chase the dragon" as well, but I am not attracted to it. In the west, had friends who use Cocaine as well (in much demand) but again, I am not drawn to it. Am happy and quite satisfied with ganja. Tried LSD before, and it scared the shit out of me. Too potent! Don't wish to be that stoned!!!'

Some people like it, some don't. It's personal. Had a neighbour (couple), wife was a regular pothead, husband hates it, only drinks beer! Has lots of bad things to say about pot, but doesn't prevent his wife from smoking (and growing) the weed.
