Back in 2012 he already threw lawyer letter threatening to sue alr. But so pathetic until even his legal letter of demand stated that they cannot identify who is Scroobal (who is also a Samster IIRC). So the only people he can hoot are those who are publicly known and allowing such gossip to be posted or commented on their internet sites/social media pages.
