Ask your self who are the biggest property owners in S'pore. The Lees, Kwas, followed by the rest of the PAP elite. They own entire complexes and developments all around the island. They need to recover their earlier stock and property losses of the year, and with year end coming up, what better way than to manipulate the property market on a fast uptrend and than sell at the peak to make profit. People don't realise that this is not a market driven property market. Its a property market controlled by one entity that owns 90% of the land. And is the largest landlord in the world. Its very easy for the people controlling this entity to manipulate it and make money from it. The rest are just suckers.
